What are the delivery charges?
- Free Delivery on order above $150
- Express deliveries will be charged at $30
- The delivery must be received by persons aged 18 or above.
- valid photo ID for verification.
How to return items / refund ?
- A replacement or refund may be accorded in case of undrinkable wine, wrong delivery and breakage of wines in the process of delivering.
How do I cancel an order?
- Once received an email notifying that the order is being processed, it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment.
