Cabcharge is a unique charge account system for the payment of taxi fares. With an itemized monthly statement and report collating all taxi trips made, it eliminates the need to process petty cash claims and reimbursements. The Cabcharge payment system is accepted by ComfortDelGro’s (Comfort and CityCab) fleet of 15,000 taxis.  Established in Singapore since 1995, Cabcharge is being used by multinational companies, small medium enterprises and government agencies.

How to apply for Cabcharge Personal Card

• Cabcharge Personal Card works like a credit card and enables you to travel in ComfortDelGro’s  taxis without the need to pay cash upfront.
• A monthly detailed transaction report which comprises the taxi number, date and time of travel, the estimated pick-up point/destination
• Administrative fee is applicable.

• Age 21 years and above
• Minimum income qualifications of $24,000 p.a. for Singaporean and Permanent Residents
• Minimum income qualification of $48,000 p.a for Foreigners
• Payment by Interbank GIRO (compulsory)

Cabcharge Corporate Card

• Cabcharge Corporate Card scheme and your company can travel in any of ComfortDelGro’s taxis without the need to pay cash upfront.
• Cabcharge Corporate cards that can be used to pay for street hire and taxi booking trips.
• The card works like a credit card.
• Monthly detailed transaction report which comprises the taxi number, date and time of travel, the estimated pick-up point/destination and the taxi fare will be furnished.
• Administrative fee is applicable.

Cabcharge e-Voucher

• e-Voucher is a single trip paper card that can be used once for payment of fare on taxi via the cashless payment terminal.
• e-Vouchers are accepted on ComfortDelGro’s taxis installed with the cashless payment terminals.
• Monthly detailed transaction report which comprises the taxi number, date and time of travel, the estimated pick-up point/destination and the taxi fare will be furnished.
• Administrative fee is applicable.

Cabcharge Priority Card (New)

• The event of high taxi demand get you a taxi in the shortest time possible.
• All trip records store online, priority cardholders can access and track their expenses.
• The new contactless card is valid for 5 years
• No new card will be issued upon each reload while the credit validity will remain to be valid for 6 months from the date of reload.
• Nominal administrative fees apply.

What If Booking Is Not Successful / Cancelled After Payment Authorised?

• The authorisation amount for unsuccessful or cancelled trips will not be charged and the bank will release it out when its holding period has elapsed.
• The reversal by foreign banks may take approximately one to two working weeks
