What is an EZ-Link card?
EZ Link is a contactless payment method used in Singapore public transport and transit network which is established by Land Transport Authority on 8 January 2002.
EZ link card can also be used in many retail shop in Singapore for the payment.
1. Where to purchase an EZ-Link card?
Customers can purchase EZ-Link cards at
- 42 TransitLink Ticket Offices (at MRT stations and bus interchanges, at Passenger Service Centres within most MRT Stations)
- 6 Concession Card Replacement Offices (at MRT stations and bus interchanges, at Passenger Service Centres within most MRT Stations)
- 7-Eleven stores, including those located at Shell petrol kiosks.
- Convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, Buzz and Cheers outlets
- Vending Machines at Bugis Junction, Bishan Junction 8, Tampines Mall and Westgate
- Official EZ-Link e-commerce platforms on Shopee and Lazada
- Retail outlets islandwide at selected outlets such as A Mobile, The Handphone Shop, La Tendo, Golden Village and Popular bookstores

Card cost: $5 (non-refundable)

4. How to use EZ-Link card?
Tap the ez link card at the card reader to make the payment.
5. Where to top up / recharge an EZ-Link card?
Through the EZ-Link app, Ticket machine, TransitLink Ticket Offices, 7-Eleven Convenience Stores, DBS/POSB ATMs, OCBC ATMs, AXS Stations, top-up machines at PA Community Clubs and Water Venture Outlets and at selected car parks that accept EZ-Link card payments.

Storage limit
For each EZ link card, you can store up to S$500.00
Lost or damaged EZ link card

How to check if EZ link card has expired?
Procedure to check EZ Link card expiry
1. Go to https://customer.ezlink.com.sg/CustomerPortal/Check-Card-Expiry/
2. Select Check card Expiry
3. Enter your CAN ID and expiry date
4. Click Submit to check the details
