What if my parcel do not arrive after ETA?

Parcel with ETA will show in the “To Receive”tab in “My order”.f your parcel is not updated more than 5 days after the ETA. will check with logistics and warehouse teams and update the latest information to you within 1-2 working days.

How to rearrange delivery for parcel not picked up at the neighborhood/MRT station?

The parcel will be returned to the warehouse within the next working day. After the package has been returned to the warehouse, the system will notify you via email and the APP push that the package has been successfully returned, and remind you to rearrange a pickup date

What to do if the parcel is marked as delivered, haven’t picked it up?

This situation is usually due to a wrong update/delivery. The misdelivered packages will typically be returned to the warehouse within 1-2 working days, and a new parcel number will be generated. You will be notified to reschedule your pickup date.
