  2. Enter your name, email id, contact number
  3. Enter the date of birth
  4. Type your customer ID
  5. Select “Cancellation” from the drop down
  6. Submit the form

How to collect GOMO Sim card in Singapore?

Collect at POPStation through the following ways

  • Select the locker location and date of delivery
  • Once your GOMO sim has arrived, you will be received an EMAIL and SMS notification from SingPost
  • SingPost will text you the specific locker number along with 4 digit OTP
  • Visit the locker and entre the OTP to receive the GOMO SIM card
