  1. Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  2. Tap on More.
  3. Under Apply, tap on Cards.
  4. Select Debit Cards.
  5. Choose the Debit Card that you wish to apply for.
  6. Select your Account to be linked to the card and enter the Name to appear on the card.
  7. Enter Promo code (if any) and tap Next.
  8. Review the application details and tap Apply Now to complete your Debit Card application.

Your new Debit Card will be mailed to address within 3-5 working days after successful application processing.

How to report Lost / Stolen Card?

  • Log in to digibank mobile with your Touch / Face ID or digibank User ID & PIN.
  • Tap on More.
  • Under Manage Cards & Loans, select Replace/Block Card.
  • Select My Card is Lost.
  • Tap Proceed.
  • Select the card you wish to block.
  • Review your request and tap Block Now.
  • Your card will be blocked immediately, proceed to request a new card replacement.
