How to Check redONE account balance?

To access to your redONE account to check on your balances is by downloading the 1App (available on iOS and Android devices)

How to make payment for bills?

Payment of bills can be done online – through our redONE 1App.
To make payment in cash/card, or apply for GIRO payment with your respective providers.
GIRO payment takes some time for the bank to process paying your bill through receive a confirmation from us that your GIRO is in place.

How much redone Cost for international SMS from Singapore?

For all international SMSes from Singapore, redONE charges a $0.15/SMS sent.
Roaming charges will apply if the SMS is not sent out from Singapore.
To activate iMessage, a popup message will appear citing that the carrier may charge for messages used to activate iMessage.

What other fees to have take?

SIM Card fee of $10 and a 1st month payment of your subscription plan required.
These fees are payable and non-refundable.
The 1st month payment of your subscription plan will cover for the 1st month bill.
$30 registration fee

What documents to bring along in order to sign up for a redONE line?

For Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents (PR)
NRIC. For foreigners /FIN, and other supporting documents verifying your residential address in Singapore.
Employment Pass / S Pass / Student Pass / Long Term Dependant Pass / Work Permit (minimum 6 months’ validity).
Utilities bill, bank / credit card statement
