Formerly known as TPG Telecom Pte Ltd, SIMBA Telecom is the primary business entity of Tuas Limited (ASX:TUA). SIMBA Super Roam is the latest plan which provides subscribers with 80GB of local data and up to 10GB of free-roaming data to 57 destinations in List A of TPG’s roaming destinations, along with unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling at only S$25 for 30 days. It will be available exclusively online.

  • SIMBA Prepaid 100GB is a prepaid mobile plan with the specified included data and included usage. The network is the SIMBA mobile digital network (4G).
  • The Service is at $10 every 30 days. Recurring charges are payable every 30 days in advance.
  • The credits in your SIMBA Wallet can be used for plan renewal, charges for excess usages and more.
  • Credits in SIMBA Wallet are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

How to check Account Balance through SMS, App?

To check account balance:

  1. SMS 2 to 1218 in Singapore
  2. Dial *1218#  for overseas.
  3. Account balance details will be sent to number via SMS.
  4. Log into SIMBA My Account (not available for SIMBA Prepaid)
  5. Download My SIMBA App (not available for SIMBA Prepaid)

How to check if SIMBA plan provisioned with 5G service?

  • 5G is available for all SIMBA subscribers at no extra cost.
  • 5G-compatible device (Check your device’s compatibility with 5G)
  • Ensure that you within 5G coverage area

Eligibility

  • SIMBA Prepaid 100GB is available to all Singapore Citizens,
  • Permanent Residents,
  • Employment
  • Long-Term Pass holders, and tourists,
  • aged 16 years old and above.
  • Each ID document is allowed to register up to 3 Prepaid SIM Cards all service providers by the authorities.

How to Renew the service of Simba (TPG)?

  • You may renew the plan if any service entitlements have expired or 30 days have expire
  • Unsuccessful plan renewal payment will result in plan suspension.
  • Plan will resume when successful payment is received, required for processing payment and reactivation of service.
  • There is a 30-day grace period to renew your prepaid plan before we terminate the expired plan.
  • All data usage, outgoing calls and SMS will be blocked until you renew your plan.
  • The credits in your SIMBA Wallet can be used for plan renewal, charges for excess usages and more.
  • Credits in SIMBA Wallet are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

What is the minimum balance to renew?

  • Renewal is only valid when you have minimum $10 and above in your Account Balance.
  • If your Account Balance is below $10, $8 will be charged to your registered payment method for plan renewal.
  • Account Balance are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.

Termination

  • Your plan will be terminated for non-payment after the 30 days grace period.
  • All payments made are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.

How to activate the Service Port-out

An activation fee of $30 is chargeable for port-out within 30 days of plan activation. This Service will be Terminated upon successful port-out to other telco. Credits in SIMBA Wallet are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
