How to deposit funds / Load money to your Singapore Pools Account?
There are 4 ways to deposit funds:
1. online, through eNETS
Internet banking users can utilize eNETS to make real-time payments from bank accounts. DBS/POSB, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank, and UOB are among the participating banks.
- Deposits must be in multiples of $10 and must be at least $100.
- Each deposit incurs a $0.80 charge.
- Select the symbol next to your username after signing into your account. On the left navigation, click Deposits.
- Choose eNETS. To open the eNETS window, make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
- Enter your deposit amount and acknowledge the necessary eNETS usage notes.
- Select ‘Submit’
- Select your bank from the dropdown list on the eNETS screen.
- As needed, follow the steps to enter your internet banking login information.
- After a successful eNETS transaction, you will view an eNETS acknowledgment page. Select ‘I’m Done.’ to exit.
- Singapore Pools will then display a gratitude page.
- The amount of your deposit will be shown in your account instantly. To see the revised balance amount, you may need to refresh the Transaction History page.
2. By cash or NETS payment at Singapore Pools branches
- Only you, the registered account holder, will be allowed to deposit funds into your Singapore Pools Account.
- Deposits must be in multiples of $10 and must be at least $100.
- Fill up a Deposit Form and pay at the counter.
- For identification verification, bring your NRIC or an official document containing your FIN.
- You must declare the source of money for deposits of $5,000 or more, as required by the rules.
- The amount of your deposit will be shown in your account instantly.
3. By bank link
- Setting up a bank link allows you to make quick deposits and withdrawals from your Singapore Pools Account using your bank account.
- Each bank link transfer incurs a $0.10 cost. Horse Racing bets do not accept bank-link bet payments.
- To set up a bank link, apply online or download and complete this Application for Direct Debit Payment Authorisation Form.
- Completed forms should be mailed to Bras Basah Post Office, P.O. Box 299, Singapore 911810.
How to withdraw funds / Load money to your Singapore Pools Account?
1. At a Singapore Pools branch
- After filing a withdrawal request, you can withdraw monies from your Singapore Pools Account by collecting them at a Singapore Pools branch.
- Withdrawal amounts must be in multiples of $10, or the entire account balance.
- Select the symbol next to your username after signing into your account. On the left navigation, select Withdrawals.
- Enter your withdrawal amount and password.
- Select the option to submit.
- The withdrawal sum will not be available for betting after you submit a withdrawal request.
- To make the funds accessible for betting again, you can cancel a withdrawal request online.
- A withdrawal request is valid for 48 hours. If the funds are not collected by then, the request will be considered expired and a fresh submission will be necessary.
2. Cash or cheque collection
- Within 48 hours of your withdrawal request, bring your NRIC or an official document containing your FIN.
- Before proceeding to the counter to retrieve your monies in person, you must fill out a withdrawal form at our branch.
- Visit any Singapore Pools location for cash collection for withdrawal amounts up to $5,000.
- For withdrawal amounts of more than $5,000, please visit our Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road) to get a cheque.
- Mondays-Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., excluding public holidays.
Documents required for deposit/withdrawal of funds
For Singaporean Citizen
Original photo identification with your name and identity number:
- NRIC
- Singapore Driving License
- Passport
- Senior/Adult Concession Card
- SAF 11B/SPF/SCDF ID
For Foreigners
Cash withdrawal:
- An official document containing your FIN
Cheque withdrawal:
- An official document containing your FIN
- Original photo identification (e.g., a passport) with your name and identification number matching the information on your bank records.

- The minimum deposit is $1, and the maximum deposit is $199,999.00
What is the minimum and maximum limit to withdraw the fund?
- The minimum withdrawal is $0.11 and the Maximum withdrawal amount is $200,000
What are the fees to deposit funds?
- Deposit methods that use a third-party provider cost money. Refer to the current transaction fees.
- Deposit options that do not need the use of a third-party service are completely free.

Transfers to your bank account are made instantly by bank link or PayNow. Check the fees here.
Cash or cheque funds withdrawal
Log up to your Singapore Pools account to make a withdrawal request, then present your NRIC or an official document containing your FIN within 48 hours:
- Visit any Singapore Pools location for cash collection for withdrawal amounts up to $5,000.
- Please fill out the Singapore Pools Account Withdrawal form so that our branch personnel can process your withdrawal request.
- To collect a cheque for a withdrawal amount greater than $5,000, go to Singapore Pools Main Branch (210 Middle Road).
- Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., excluding public holidays
Is there any limit to betting?
- When you hit 50%, 75%, or 100% of your Monthly Deposit Limit, you will be alerted.
How to track the Activity of bets, Deposit, Withdrawals in Singapore Pools Account?
- You may monitor your account activity by logging in online.
- Select the icon next to your username after signing into your account.
- On the left navigation, you can choose Account Overview or Transaction History.
- Account Overview gives you a summary of your betting activity, product spending trends, and status updates on your betting behavior.
- If you want to keep track of your individual transactions, select the type from the dropdown box on Transaction History.
- You can view all transactions or filter by specific categories of transactions.
- Choose the time period for which you want to view the transaction history from the dropdown list.
- You may also enter a specified time period.
- Select ‘Search’ to load your transaction history.
What is a bank link?
The Bank link connects your bank account to your Singapore Pools Account, which includes the following features:
Bank Link Bet Payment (Sports & Lottery bets only)
- When the SPA balance is inadequate for an attempted Sports or Lottery bet placement, money is automatically debited from the bank account.
- This feature does not apply to horse racing bets.
Instant Deposit and Withdrawal
- Send an online request to transfer monies between your bank account and your Singapore Pools Account.

How to change the bank account for the bank link?: Procedure
- Before you may set up a new bank link for your desired bank account, you must first terminate your previous bank link.
- Please keep in mind that only DBS/POSB, OCBC, and UOB personal accounts with no approved overdraft facilities will be accepted for bank links.

- Customers with a Singapore Pools Account can use PayNow to instantly deposit funds from their bank account into their Singapore Pools Account.
- Use any PayNow partnering bank app to scan the QR code produced on the deposits page.
