About SIMBA
In April 2022, the Singapore operations were rebranded from TPG to SIMBA Telecom, in reference to Singapore’s ‘Lion City‘ nickname. Formerly known as TPG Telecom Pte Ltd, SIMBA Telecom is the primary business entity of Tuas Limited (ASX:TUA). SIMBA Super Roam is the latest plan which provides subscribers with 80GB of local data and up to 10GB of free-roaming data to 57 destinations in List A of TPG’s roaming destinations, along with unlimited mobile-to-mobile calling at only S$25 for 30 days. It will be available exclusively online.

1.How to pay my SIMBA bill in Singapore?
You may recharge your SIMBA Wallet in advance via the following payment options Visa, Mastercard, AMEX (Debit/Credit Card), PayNow, GrabPay, GooglePay via SIMBA Online Recharge
Cash at SIMBA Service Centers and SIMBA Dealers.
2.How can tourist buy SIMBA SIM card in Singapore?
SIMBA Prepaid 100GB is available to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, Employment and Long-Term Pass holders, and tourists, aged 16 years old and above.
3.Cost of SIMBA activation fee?
All payments made are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash. An activation fee of $30 is chargeable for port-out within 30 days of plan activation.
4.If SIMBA have eSIM?
eSIMs are available on all SIMBA postpaid mobile plans now
5.How can SIMBA receive SMS overseas?
SMS are free to receive for Singtel users from any part of the world. Simba (TPG) and Giga only allow for incoming SMSes while roaming

Pls call me at 96230669. I wish to know my sim card usage via the SIMBA app that I installed on my mobile. My mobile is not using the mobile numbers that I subscribed. The sim cards are used on my router but I do not want to go through the hassle of checking the usage from the router.
Pls let me know how I can use the app on my mobile to check on the usage.
