You may terminate redONE Services by going to any of redONE customer service centre to notify their of your intention to terminate this Agreement, or by writing to their and giving their two (2) working days’ prior notice.

  • Original NRIC/ identification document
  • Your authorized person’s original NRIC/ identification document
  • Letter of Authorization fully filled in

  1. Download the form
  2. Select the Termination of line
  3. Enter the name, ID number, Signature, and date
