SimplyGo EZ-Link card is an account based ticketing platform. You can top up your card remotely, receive card balance alerts, notifications, block your card remotely if lost

What should you do if you see the message “Card failed at the MRT / LRT Fare gate (OR) Invalid card Please use the correct card at Bus fare reader?
When you try to use the SimplyGo EZ-Link card without taking from the wallet, you may experience the message like “Invalid card Please use correct card” for the bus fare reader and “card failed” in MRT / LRT Fare gates that you are trying to use multiple card.
To avoid the message, please take the SimplyGo EZ-Link card out of the wallet and tap in the card reader.

- Download the app
- Sign up
- Register your SimplyGo EZ-Link card 16 digit CAN ID (Found backside of the card)
Where to top up SimplyGo EZ-Link card?
You can top up your SimplyGo EZ-Link card through the following channels:
- TL SimplyGo app (up to a maximum top-up value of $400 per TL SimplyGo account within the last 30 days)
- EZ-Link app
- General Ticketing Machines (GTMs)
- Top-Up Machines (TUMs)
- Assisted Service Kiosks (ASKs)
- Top-Up Kiosks (TUKs)
- TransitLink Kiosks (TL Kiosks)
- TransitLink Ticket Offices
Your new card balance may take up to 10 minutes to be updated to the system.
How to top up SimplyGo EZ-Link card?
- Download the app and sign up if not
- Click SimplyGo EZ-Link card
- Click “Top up”
- Choose the amount you want to top up and make the payment
- Press “Next” to complete the top up
How to report for SimplyGo EZ-Link card lost / damaged?
You can report the lost card through the app / phone
You can call the EZ link customer care number to report. If it is non-operational hours, you can leave a voice mail by providing name, phone number, SimplyGo CAN ID (Found backside of the card)
- Log in to the app
- Select “My cards”
- Click “Card blocking”
- Your card will be blocked in 30 minutes

- No, SimplyGo EZ-Link cards cannot be used to pay for ERP and carpark charges.
