Singapore Police Force (SPF)
The Singapore Police Force (SPF) is a uniformed organisation under the purview of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The mission of the SPF is to prevent, deter and detect crime to ensure the safety and security of Singapore. This is done through its focus on the 5 broad areas of Police work – Frontline Policing, Counter and E-services, Investigation, Community Engagement and Public Security & Order.

How to book an appointment at the Police Licensing department in Singapore?
- Visit the police website
- Select the service
- Choose the time
- Confirm the appointment
*Head up to the office 5 minutes prior to the appointment. Customers are required to take a ‘Q’ ticket at the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department counter. No NRIC, FIN, Passport or mobile number will be collected when making an online appointment.

Please note that the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) will only accept appointments booked on Pick time via this webpage. Persons who book appointments on Picktime that are outside this webpage will not be scheduled for any appointment with PLRD.
