  • Singapore Citizens are required to login to the eService via Singpass
  • Non-Singapore Citizens are required to login via Foreign
  • Valid Passport number
  • Identification Number (FIN)/ID

How to book an appointment at the Police Licensing department in Singapore?

  • Visit the police website
  • Select the service
  • Choose the time
  • Confirm the appointment

*Head up to the office 5 minutes prior to the appointment. Customers are required to take a ‘Q’ ticket at the Police Licensing & Regulatory Department counter. No NRIC, FIN, Passport or mobile number will be collected when making an online appointment.
