I would like to bring to your attention that I have ordered a Jewelry 925 Sterling Silver Flat Circle
Bangle Bracelet, which the seller updated that the shipping date was on 25/7/2020 by Singpost
normal mail.
On 28/07/2020, I received another 3 different items which were also shipped out on 25/7/2020.
However, the Bangle Bracelet was the only item that was not delivered.
Moreover, after I informed the seller about not receiving the item, he was kind enough to resend me
another piece by courier, which I have received. If I have already received the replacement, but the
original piece has not yet arrived, it is obvious that the latter had been possibly misplaced.
I would like SingPost to seriously look into this matter and provide an explanation of what happened.
