Through Online:

- Enter your name, phone number, email
- Select the pick up date and time
- Select the drop off location
- Select the car / taxi / minibus type
Through Mobile App:
- Download the App
- Indicate your position
- Make booking
- Wait for response
Through Hotline:
- Dial the hotline number
- Communicate to the call operator the pick-up location and pick-up time
- Wait for taxi to be assigned
- Note the taxi registration number given and estimated time of taxi arrival
Through SMS:
- “BOOK<space>Postal Code<space>#Pick-up point” (or)
- “BOOK<space>Building Name, Blk No, St Name<space>#Pick-up point”

Trough Fast call Service:
- Use NFC-enabled mobile phone to Tap and book; or
