  • Select an Event you want.
  • Select the Agent to purchase and collect the ticket.
  • Use SISTIC Mobile Apps to buy tickets for online and live events.
  • You may also contact Hotline Number for Booking.

How to get E-ticket to enter the venue?

  1. E-tickets are sent via e-mail together with the e-mail confirmation.
  2. E-tickets will be in PDF format for Marina Bay Sands events and as a link for some other events. The link to download can be found at the top right corner of the e-mail confirmation.
  3. You may also download your e-tickets by logging in to your SISTIC account via SISTIC’s website or mobile app, and accessing your booking history by clicking on ‘My Account’, followed by ‘Booking History’.
  4. Then click on the ‘View E’Ticket’ link in the transaction details to download your e-tickets.
  5. Notes: There may be multiple pages and that one ticket is required per person for admission. Each copy can only be used by one person as it contains a unique barcode. The E-ticket must be downloaded and either printed or presented on your mobile phone for admission.
  6. Do note that not all events provide E-tickets.

SISTIC Gift Vouchers

You can get SISTIC Gift Vouchers for any occasion or celebration – birthdays, anniversaries. Patrons with existing electronic vouchers may still utilise their vouchers via SISTIC website or mobile app.

How to get Refunds, if a programme Cancelled in SISTIC?

Refunds are given to the affected customers whether cash/NETS via digital and contactless payment methods, such as PayNow or cheque issuance.

What to do if my tickets are lost or stolen?

If you tickets are Stolen or lost, you’ve to keep the below mentioned details with you and contact for assistance to +65 6348 5555.

Lost / Stolen General Admission (GA) tickets cannot be replaced. Only tickets for reserved seating can be replaced for a service fee of $5.00 per ticket.

The details must be given:

  • Transaction number
  • Event title
  • Number of tickets purchased
  • Name and contact number/e-mail address
