Starhub arbitrarily and without notice removed my right to roam which I had for 3 years as long as I have been a customer. I have paid all my bills to date including when I subscribed to roaming and I actually just need my Texts to receive my OTP’s so I can make payments abroad. You can imagine my difficulty when I found this was not possible when I was trying to make payments while abroad. No explanation or reason given. I had a 12 hour on and off conversation with the advisor who just said they cannot let me know why they have withdrawn my right to roam. What redress can I have?
