  1. No second party’s credit card shall be used for ticket purchase. Personal identification card and Credit Card are required for verification if required in Ticketek Singapore.
  2. After booking you’ll be sent “Transaction Confirmation with Transaction Number” through valid email address within one (01) working day with payment charged to your credit card. If you provide incorrect email address, Ticketek Singapore will not be responsible for non-delivery of “Transaction Confirmation”.
  3. During payment process, if you encounter any loss in internet connection Ticketek Singapore will not be responsible.
  4. In the event your credit card is charged but seats are not secured, Ticketek Singapore will refund to you IN FULL the amount charged.

How to Collect and Deliver at Tickets in Ticketek Singapore?

  1. You ‘ve to allow adequate time for collection or delivery of tickets.
  2. Enter your collection/delivery details while booking.
  3. For any minimising ticket scalping, TEG may change your delivery method to “venue collect” at its discretion.
  4. Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and at the event.

How to get Refunds, exchanges and replacements in Ticketek Singapore?

Refunds / Exchanges: You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. TEG does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges).

Replacements: You can get replace only, if you’ve lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed your tickets and it will be verified  authentically including proof of purchase and for acceptable reason before the event. TEG may charge a reasonable fee for the replacement of tickets. You’ve to take relevant insurance policy to cover for any losses in the event of cancellation, rescheduling or relocation.
