Return to Singapore by SuperZ coach with cocoon seats, coach number WA7999P on 28.10.2023, disembarkation at Tampines MRT under a small- size Chinese middle aged driver wearing dark rimmed spectacle. After passing through Singapore Custom and Immigration, we were evicted by this driver and told to ride with another Bus company WTS. He claimed his bus will not be going to Tampines. It`s an embarrasing situation, as we had to sorted for seats on the WTS bus. Its a terrible way to treat a pair of paying senior citizens customers. Please justify our insult.
